Refunds & Returns Policy

1. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged or defective upon arrival.
All sales are final once placed.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting us at +965-67099486 with your order number, clear photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will replace your damaged item with a new one at no additional cost.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging (including tags, boxes, and dust bags if applicable).

  • We reserve the right to refuse replacement if the item shows signs of wear, misuse, or alteration.


3. International Orders

For international shipments, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, customs duties, and handling charges associated with returning the damaged item to us.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation
